Day 1 : Pickup from Varanasi bus stand/ Railway station/ Airport
- Your Varanasi tour will start with your arrival at Varanasi bus stand/ Railway station/ Airport, as per your choice.
- At the station/airport/bus stand, our representative will be waiting to escort you to your pre-booked hotel.
- After check-in formalities, get freshened up.
- Thereafter you will be visiting some of the famous places in Varanasi- Kashi Vishwanath temple, which is one of the twelve Jyotirlingas, devoted to Lord Shiva.
- Then you will be visiting Dashashwamedh Ghat. It is highly believed that in this place Dasa Ashwamedha’s sacrifice was performed by Lord Brahma.
- After that, you will be visiting Shankar Mochan Hanuman temple that was constructed during 1900 on the bank of river Assi. Also, you will be visiting Assi Ghat which is another famous place and is the confluence point of river Ganga and river Assi.
- Then you will be transferred to Tulsi Manas Temple, devoted to Lord Rama ,constructed during the year 1964. This temple is named after the famous Saint poet Tulsidas.
- Manikarnika Ghat is yet another most famous sacred Ghat of Varanasi, you will be visiting.
- After this you will be transferred to Kedar Ghat which is one of the cleanest Ghat of the holy river Ganga.
- You will be visiting Batuk Bhairav temple, devoted to Lord Shiva's Batuk Bhaurav incarnation.
- After that, you will be visiting Bharat Mata Mandir which is devoted to Mother India and was established in the year 1936.
- Your day 1 tour will end with visiting the Tibetan Temple which is the Buddhist temple, having the beautiful traditional paintings on the wall

Day 2 : Varanasi sightseeing tour and departure from Varanasi to Varanasi bus stand/ Railway station/ Airport
- Start your day 2 by enjoying the delectable breakfast.
- Followed by this, get ready for a final sightseeing tour of some more amazing places in Varanasi.
- You will be checking out of the hotel, but before ending the trip you will be paying a visit to Shivala Ghat where there are various historical monuments located on the boundary of this Ghat.
- Then you will be visiting Manmandir Ghat which was constructed during the 17th Century by Maharaja Maan Singh.
- After that, you will be visiting Ramnagar Fort which is located opposite to the Tulsi Ghat and was constructed in the year 1750 by King Balwant Singh.
- At last you will be visiting the Iskcon temple which is constructed by Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada. This temple was constructed with the aim of promoting Krishna’s Consciousness and also to educate everyone regarding the teachings of Lord Krishna that was given in Bhagwat Geeta.

As soon as we receive your query, will update your tour Itinerary and other package details by replying to the same mail. Once, the guest is satisfied and gives us the confirmation of the tour we request you to transfer the booking amount mentioned in the below format to any of our bank accounts.

Tour Itinerary
The right to change amend or modify the itinerary of the tour at any time. We will notify you of such changes in prior over the phone or through the mail or the best communication method available at that point of time. Those changes may occur due to situations beyond our control like weather problems, cancellations of trains, flights, and political unrest, etc. We will try our best to keep the tour unchanged. However, any compensation or any refund due to such changes will not be paid by us.
Hotel Bookings
- Hotel bookings are made by us on behalf of our customers. We are having a tie-up with many hotels. Although all rates are updated on our website, still there are chances that the rates of hotels may go up/down. Sometimes rates of the hotel are hiked during long weekends and festive seasons. You should confirm the rates before making an online payment over the mail. The quality of the room, amenities or meals which are displayed in photos on hotel websites may vary. Booking of the rooms on the same floor/adjacent rooms/ non-smoking rooms in any hotel is not guaranteed. The right to change the pre-booked hotel or the category of rooms is reserved, anytime during the tour due to overbooking of a hotel, blocking of the sewage, electricity/water failure, etc.
- Check-in/ Check-out times of hotels / Resorts may vary from city to city. please check these timings before making the booking. Early check-in and late checkout will be charged extra and are subject to the availability of the rooms. Policies for accommodating children and for extra beds may vary from hotel to hotel.
Vehicle Bookings
- Vehicles are booked on behalf of our customers. We aim to provide the best available vehicle with the best services to our clients. The costs of diesel/petrol prices, interstate taxes, vehicle maintenance costs, toll & taxes, etc are beyond our control. Rates displayed on our website are eligible for change at any time without any prior notice.
- The pre-booked vehicle can be changed to a similar category of vehicle in case of non-availability of the pre-booked vehicle.
- Air-conditioned, as well as non-air-conditioned vehicles are booked as per request. If the air conditioner stops working due to a technical fault at any time during the tour will not be our responsibility. No refund or change in the vehicle will be made in between the trip unless the vehicle is not in the condition to go further.
Amendments or changes after booking
If you wish to make amendments or change the prior booking, you have to inform us in writing by mail. Amendments or changes in any booking will be treated as a new booking and will be subject to availability at that time and the additional cost will be charged. The additional cost will be borne by you. There will be an amendment charge of Rs.1000/- applicable.
Cancellation Policies
The cancellation for a package tour, be applicable as follows:
- Cancellation before clear 30 working days or more prior to the date of departure of the Tour: 25% of the total tour cost will be charged.
- Cancellation before clear 29 to 16 working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged.
- Cancellation before less than 15 clear working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged.
Balance Payment
- The complete balance payment has to be made before the starting date of the trip. However, the company can ask you anytime to clear the balance payment before 30 days from the date of departure.
- The right is reserved to amend/change the prices offered for the tour and to adjust our charges due to various factors like currency fluctuations, special/high season charges levied by the suppliers, fuel price rises, travel arrangements, hikes in any government taxes or visa amounts or for any other reason before the date of departure. All such increased prices must be paid before your departure (Full and final).
No refund for unutilized services
There will be no refund or compensation provided for services that are not used. If you fail to avail/use any services due to any reason the company will not provide any kind of refund or any other services as compensation of the unutilized services.
