Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 : Dehradun to Yamunotri dham
- Meet and Greet at state Government helipad on Sahastradhara Road.
- The vehicle will be provided to pick up and drop to Dehradun.
- The brief of all do's and don'ts will be told to the traveler in brief by Pilot and Ground staff.
- Check out from Dehradun/ Haridwar hotel will be early in the morning and further breakfast will be arranged in the Kharsali village.
- As the passenger will arrive at the Kharsali which is the helipad for Yamunotri, they will be welcomed, and the ground staff will unload their bags and will carry them to the hotel.
- Now there will be 6 km trek for the Yamunotri temple which will be covered by Doli / Palki.
- The total time of the trek is approx 5h 30 m.
- Passengers will return to the hotel by afternoon at lunchtime.
- Rest for a while.
- In the evening they can visit the famous Shani temple which is located close to their hotel.
Day 2 : Yamunotri Dham to Gangotri Dham
- Check out from the Yamunotri hotel in the morning.
- After thsi you will reach Harsil helipad. Harsil is a beautiful valley in Uttarkashi district of Uttarakhand, it is also known as mini Switzerland.
- Stay will be provided at Himalayan Nature resort which is approx 2 km from the Harsil helipad.
- Facilities like premium accommodation, attached washroom, vegetarian food, local sightseeing, short walk and bonfire in the evening time in Gangotri valley is provided.
- After lunch at the resort, you will leave by car for Gangotri temple which is around 24kms from the resort.
Day 3 : Gangotri Dham to Kedarnath Dham
- Check out from the hotel.
- The helicopter will now fly you to Phata helipad from where the chopper will be changed to proceed for Kedarnath.
- From Kedarnath helipad, the distance of the temple is approx 500m which will take about 15 min.
- In Kedarnath there are not good options to stay It is having more of Dharamshalas.
- So after the darshan you will return to Guptkashi and your stay will be at Villa Aadhya.
- After relaxing, in the evening time you can visit Triyuginarayan or Kali Mata temple.
Day 4 : Kedarnath Dham to Badrinath Dham
- Check out from the hotel and board the helicopter for further journey.
- The next Dham in Badrinath Dham is located at an elevation of 3,100 m.
- The stay will be in Sarovar Portico located close to the temple.
- In the evening time you will visit the last village that is Mana village located near Badrinath Dham. The special Maha Abhishek Puja will be the highlight of this yatra,which will start early at 4:00 am and will continue for 2 hours.
- All our guests will get the opportunity to sit inside the temple and see the shringar of Lord Badrinarayan from the closed quarters.
Day 5 : Barinath Dham to Dehradun
- After having breakfast, you will be transferred back to Dehradun with lots of sweet memories..

Tour Itinerary
The right to change amend or modify the itinerary of the tour at any time. We will notify you of such changes in prior over the phone or through the mail or the best communication method available at that point of time. Those changes may occur due to situations beyond our control like weather problems, cancellations of trains, flights, and political unrest, etc. We will try our best to keep the tour unchanged. However, any compensation or any refund due to such changes will not be paid by us.
Hotel Bookings
- Hotel bookings are made by us on behalf of our customers. We are having a tie-up with many hotels. Although all rates are updated on our website, still there are chances that the rates of hotels may go up/down. Sometimes rates of the hotel are hiked during long weekends and festive seasons. You should confirm the rates before making an online payment over the mail. The quality of the room, amenities or meals which are displayed in photos on hotel websites may vary. Booking of the rooms on the same floor/adjacent rooms/ non-smoking rooms in any hotel is not guaranteed. The right to change the pre-booked hotel or the category of rooms is reserved, anytime during the tour due to overbooking of a hotel, blocking of the sewage, electricity/water failure, etc.
- Check-in/ Check-out times of hotels / Resorts may vary from city to city. please check these timings before making the booking. Early check-in and late checkout will be charged extra and are subject to the availability of the rooms. Policies for accommodating children and for extra beds may vary from hotel to hotel.
Vehicle Bookings
- Vehicles are booked on behalf of our customers. We aim to provide the best available vehicle with the best services to our clients. The costs of diesel/petrol prices, interstate taxes, vehicle maintenance costs, toll & taxes, etc are beyond our control. Rates displayed on our website are eligible for change at any time without any prior notice.
- The pre-booked vehicle can be changed to a similar category of vehicle in case of non-availability of the pre-booked vehicle.
- Air-conditioned, as well as non-air-conditioned vehicles are booked as per request. If the air conditioner stops working due to a technical fault at any time during the tour will not be our responsibility. No refund or change in the vehicle will be made in between the trip unless the vehicle is not in the condition to go further.
Amendments or changes after booking
If you wish to make amendments or change the prior booking, you have to inform us in writing by mail. Amendments or changes in any booking will be treated as a new booking and will be subject to availability at that time and the additional cost will be charged. The additional cost will be borne by you. There will be an amendment charge of Rs.1000/- applicable.
Cancellation Policies
The cancellation for a package tour, be applicable as follows:
- Cancellation before clear 30 working days or more prior to the date of departure of the Tour: 25% of the total tour cost will be charged.
- Cancellation before clear 29 to 16 working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged.
Balance Payment
- The complete balance payment has to be made before the starting date of the trip. However, the company can ask you anytime to clear the balance payment before 30 days from the date of departure.
- The right is reserved to amend/change the prices offered for the tour and to adjust our charges due to various factors like currency fluctuations, special/high season charges levied by the suppliers, fuel price rises, travel arrangements, hikes in any government taxes or visa amounts or for any other reason before the date of departure. All such increased prices must be paid before your departure (Full and final).
No refund for unutilized services
There will be no refund or compensation provided for services that are not used. If you fail to avail/use any services due to any reason the company will not provide any kind of refund or any other services as compensation of the unutilized services.
